Apply a small amount of Cooling Body Balm or Calming Body Cream to clean skin and massage gently until absorbed. Use on the shoulders, back, arms, or legs as desired. Open the Breathe Calm Jar, hold it a comfortable distance below your nose, and take a few light, gentle breaths as desired.
